Now that our beloved dinner is closed, what will we do with all of the illegal immigrants who worked there day after day?
It's no secrete that owner Paul Karabinis and his son Tasi employed, housed and provided transportation for more than a dozen illegal Mexican immigrants who were often seen bicycling back and forth out of the diner's back parking lot.
So now what?
Will Moe's Southwest Grill keep them employed under their brand now that they have bought Neptune's?
Perhaps the Clark family can put them up in one of their apartments that are unfit for human occupation.

ReplyDeleteThey weren't "illegals." They were very hard workers and did an excellent job! With their reputation, they will be immediately accepted at any restaurant they apply to that needs an excellent cook.
ReplyDeleteThere's a reason why the owner hired these so called foreign illegals: because they were damn hardworkers and frankly, good at what they did. Instead of living off welfare like all these lazy privileged Americans, they decided to work.
