This was the great mayor's quote in explaining why several city aldermen were not in attendance at yesterday's common council meeting.

Well, thank you Dick. As long as we know that the guys who get an extra 10k of the city's tax dollars are well rested, everything will be ok...

But what does this mean?

If this means that progress and development within the City of Oneonta is stalled when elected officials are out of the office then... HAS DICK MILLER BEEN ON VACATION FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS???

Finally, something seems to make sense around here. 

Also, it's a good thing that our great mayor has his own parking spot...Being as old as he is and all...
